Interview Process:
To validate skills and prevent misrepresentation, we will conduct a technical assessment via Zoom or audio call. We are doing live assessments because we have had previous applicants misrepresent their skills by using chatbots like ChatGPT to answer screening questions. Please be prepared to discuss your experience and demonstrate your expertise during the interview.
Required Skills:
- HTML (Medium to Expert)
- CSS (Medium to Expert)
- TailwindCSS or daisyUI (Medium to Expert)
- Git version control
Desired Skills (Not Required, But Preferred):
- JavaScript
- Vue.js
- Nuxt.js
- TypeScript
Candidates with medium to expert level skills in the desired technologies will be given higher priority in the selection process.
Other Requirements:
- Individual freelancer not a member of a team/agency
- Clear English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Availability:
You must have availability During Pacific Standard time as I'm in Seattle WA availability either doing the morning or the evening we can discuss this in more detail.
While specific hours are flexible, your start time must be within one of these windows.
