Designer and Developer with good experience with HUGO (static site generator)

I need help with finishing a website organized with HUGO. It's already up but it needs rework organizing our features and better design for blogging section and other things. I'm willing to work with a VERY experienced web developer with previous experience with HUGO template system (so we can continue and keep this organized).

Website is pandavideo.com and pandavideo.com.br (same template HUGO generates for both).

Some design experience is good so we can improve UX.
