Designer to Create Newspaper Templates and Digital Journal Templates

Hello all!
I am looking for a freelancer who can create minimalist and clean newsletter templates as well as digital journals for my company. I have no preference for a specific newsletter software and would appreciate guidance on which software to use for easy management.
To start with, I need 10 templates for the newspaper templates.
Regarding the digital journals we will probably need 10 to start with, the digital journals will be more specific as they will need to have certain things in them like meal prep pages and to-do list.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in designing simple, clean, and minimalist newsletter templates and digital journals.
- Knowledge of various newsletter software options and their features
- Knowledge of various no-code tools like Notion for the digital journals
- Ability to guide and teach me how to manage the newsletter templates efficiently
- Help upload all email addresses i have on the newsletter software and show me how to do it
