Design website

I am in need of an experienced and skillful website designer to create a website. I need a website type that can be tailored to meet my objectives, so I am open to either an e-commerce, portfolio, or blog type website. I do not currently have any specific color scheme or branding in mind, so the designer will have full creative freedom to come up with a unique look and feel for the website. Finally, as for features or functionality, I do not have any specific ideas in mind yet; I am open to your suggestions and I am confident that together we can come up with a great, modern website.
