Design web page, using XD

I have a design in the form of a Wire Frame in a PPT file. I am looking for a placer who can design this as an XD file.

The result should be an XD file.

NOTE :

Never bid on a project and then re-negotiate the price. It's a waste of both of our time.
So read the file carefully before making an offer.
