Design a static Website
Budget: $100 – $200 USD
I am looking for a web-designer to re-design my site.
The site structure will be similar to the current one (which should be used only as a reference), but I want a better design.
The design should be attractive, not just by plain block elements.
It's a static site, so no need for ＷordＰress or other ＣＭＳ implementation;
but ｐｈｐ will be used - for example to include() external files with common content (header, footer, etc.).
I have the content available.
Therefore, the main skill I need is design, not development.
You can make a PSD mockup first, although that is not mandatory.
* Please bid only if you have extensive experience and a large portfolio of web sites designed by yourself.
