Design a multi-media website

We are looking for a designer to create deliverables. It could turn into long-term contract work for the right designer. The website will have a landing page with different widgets. Multiple other pages to include hosting for a podcast, videos, blog posts, surveys and other documents. You can think of the project as a media site with the ability of the users to submit media and data themselves.
