Design UX/UI mockup and after our approvation develop a wordpress (or Laravel PHP) website

We need to develop a website to present our company and services.
We don't have a UX / UI mockup but it should still structurally resemble a site like www.evolutionpeople.it.
Your task would be design UX/UI, then we approve that and then you develop the website.
The site is for a software house that develops products for the web and for the mobile app.
It must be a multilingual site (Italian / English for now).
As the company deals with technologically advanced software developments (for example AI, virtual navigation, 3D etc ...) the style of the site must adapt to this.
We attach our logo in illustrator form and a rough brief of the site contents.
The UI deisgn and picture not referred to our works must be original not copied from web.
