Design a funeral home website

I am in need of a new funeral home website. All content from the existing one would transfer, but the main feature and focus is an automated obituary section where funeral home can add and post obituaries and be as friendly as possible. Right now it's manual. I need this completed within 7 days, so if you are unable to meet this request, please do not make a bid. Also I need it to be very professional so that the funeral home would accept your design. See attachment for additional info. Based on the existing website, you can see the business has not invested much in a website and are not budgeting much. Reasonable and realistic bids will be looked at. Thanks
