Design for a servers website BOOTSTRAP

Hello i need a sketch for a game server website, i want to build a website where the user can post their server and get votes of their user.

For games like:
Minecraft
MU ONLINE
GTA V
RUST

etc..

I need a design COPYRIGHT FREE! that means no stolen work, since i'm planning to sell it later.

i want it on bootstrap, I'M NOT NEW, SO PLEASE GIVE A REASONABLE BUDGET.
