Design of UI for Saas based website - UI/UX design

We are building a web portal (Saas) for design and management of Pipe water networks. It would be a GIS (map) based system. We have come up with a basic wireframe design. The work is to be done to design a complete website UI and user experience. The frontend is in React.js. We want this website to be very interactive.
