Design for Quiz

I need a freelancer to prepare Figma for quiz project.

Deliverables: UI/UX & Figma & db design, .

Points:
1. The quiz has to be hosted on a free service. Options could be Google AppScript, GitHub Pages, or Netlify. Gsheet as db or any other free options.
2. The quiz should incorporate a Google Login system. All logins should be able to access free quizzes. Only logins approved by an admin can access paid quizzes.
3. The quiz functionality should use AJAX or a similar implementation to fetch questions. Specifically, fetch 10 questions at a time and fetch the next set when the user reaches the 8th question.
4. There should be functionality to mark questions as 'bad' , Ok, Important.
5. Functionality to add notes for each question. Notes from all students should be shown in the quizzes.
6. The quiz should be able to select difficulty levels - Simple, Generic, Difficult.
7. Able to see properly in tab, mobile, website.
8. You will need to teach me how to modify the quiz in a meet.
9. Nice looks overall. When correct, show a bit of animation / happy sad.
