UI & UX Design for Consultancy Management website

Hello All,
We are a small consulting firm which helps candidates find there jobs better. We looking for someone who could help us build our public facing website. We are a small team with no funding, and all over services are free to offer once public, hence we would love to collab with someone who are willing to with work with a nominal rate and open to suggestions,
Our Requirements:
- Initially we need a User Account Page,Gmail like Email page, Home Page, Login Page, SignUp Page, Settings Page and few other a total of (7-8) pages
- Mobile friendly.
- We need all the UI kits you use for our development.
- We need a unified color palette that we can reuse for rest of our pages.
- We need minimal design approach with no heavy animations.
- You are free to use any design guidelines you want to follow.
- We support and prefer Open projects, you are free to use any open guidelines.
- if you can implement dark mode that would be great.
Ours is a data centric project hence we need more focus on the UX rather the fancy UI.
We are a team of Developer with no UI Design experience hence you are the responsible for all design decisions.
