We are in search of an experienced UI/UX designer to revolutionize the customer journey on our website and ensure a seamless, cohesive experience across our digital platform. Our service bridges contractors and clients, creating two distinct yet interconnected universes that require intuitive navigation, exceptional design, and a user-centric approach to enhance engagement and functionality.
Project Overview:
The successful candidate will be tasked with developing a UI/UX design strategy that encompasses the entirety of our digital presence - from the landing page to the core functionalities of our contractor-client management system. The objective is to create a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate environment that facilitates smooth interactions between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct an in-depth analysis of our current website and digital platform to identify usability pain points and areas for improvement.
Develop user personas for both contractors and clients to guide the design process and ensure the platform meets the needs of all user types.
Create a unified design language that maintains a "red thread" throughout the website and platform, ensuring brand consistency and a cohesive user experience.
Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile versions of our platform, including interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
Work closely with our development team to implement the designs and conduct user testing to gather feedback for iterative improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly with digital platforms that cater to multiple user groups.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating intuitive, user-centric design solutions.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a capacity to translate complex requirements into compelling design concepts.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus.
Project Timeline:
The project is expected to kick off within the next four weeks, with a preliminary goal to launch the redesigned platform in Q2 2024. The timeline will be refined in collaboration with the chosen designer to ensure realistic milestones and deadlines are set.
