Design an eBay template compatible with Auctiva.com listing platform

I need the eBay template Created with key listing factors and 100% compatible with eBay and through the Auctiva.com listing site. (someone with good experience with Auctiva is recommended as sometimes design rules are in place).

I primarily list Electronics. Company Name is Relaint Cellular ***Attached is logo, previous ebay template used as to better understand cosmetically how the templae should look
