Design and code a beautiful Wordpress affiliate site which is fast and in the green for google lighthouse (v2)

I am looking for a talented and experienced freelancer to design and code a beautiful Wordpress affiliate site. The main goal of this project is to create a website that is not only visually appealing but also SEO optimized for speed and performance, achieving a high score in Google Lighthouse. (at least in the green)
Preferred Design Style:
- Minimalistic
Affiliate Programs:
- The client is open to any profitable program and requires recommendations.
Key Features:
- The website should have a blog/news section where the client can regularly publish content.
- We need to be able to create new menu items for article subjects
- Contact forms should be included to allow visitors to easily get in touch with the client.
- Ability to easily and smoothly add articles that are rich in content, images, videos and include things like FAQs and user generated content such as reviews
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Wordpress development and customization.
- Strong coding skillset to help with more complex issues.
- Strong design skills with a focus on minimalistic/clean aesthetics.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and experience integrating affiliate programs into websites.
- Familiarity with optimizing websites for speed and performance.
- Ability to clearly act as a consultant in clear and understandable English.
- An affiliate expert that will be able to guide us through the options open to us. Experience in the UK market is advantageous.
- General hosting knowledge needed to assist with the set up of the site.
