Design and build stunning-looking WordPress website for UK property business
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for a top level, highly experienced WordPress expert to create a stunning-looking website (UI and UX design). It must both visually look and function *brilliantly* on all devices.
The website will be for an upmarket family-run UK investment company that specialises in property investing.
We are willing to pay around US $1,000.00 for everything.

Important: we are not looking for somebody who puts Wordpress websites together in a painting-by-numbers manner like most 'designers' on this freelancer portal, but who exhibits outstanding creativity and aesthetic flair in light of contemporary design trends.
We will provide all the text and images. The logo has already been created by us.
Website will only have about eight pages.
There will be no registration, membership, e-commerce or purchasing function for you to take a considerable amount of your time creating.
You must professionally integrate an email sign-up box to an email broadcast service such as MailChimp. This includes setting-up a basic template (header etc.) for the emails.
You will also integrate a user-friendly contact form to the Contact page.
Also you should set-up Google Analytics for the website.
You will need to set-up and fully configure many Wordpress plugins. These will include all the regular popular ones such as those for SEO, as well as multiple ones to back-up the website, keep it secure from hackers etc.
You must use the default WordPress Gutenberg block editor or another free/low-cost page builder.
The website must be created in a way it is easy for anybody to edit, update and redesign.
The reason we are willing to pay much more than other buyers posting similar projects for small, static websites on this freelancer portal is because we are looking for somebody who will enthusiastically go the extra mile with everything they do: please do not bid for this job if you are not interested in methodically creating and refining the website to look visually stunning, to the client’s satisfaction, and ensuring you fully incorporate and configure the best features and plugins etc.

Important: you must be willing to closely work with us and be an excellent communicator. If you are somebody who doesn't want to eagerly communicate and collaborate with us and do so in detail, including on video calls etc. when necessary, then please *do not* bid for this project.
Important: must be willing to work with commitment on this project from the week beginning 28 November 2022. We will communicate on a regular basis, at least every other day, and receive your updates at least twice a week.
The website must be completed by 10 January 2023 at the very latest please.
