Design and build 3 short web pages using Elementor on Wordpress

Hello,

First of all, I would like to mention that I'm looking for someone with great attention to detail and who builds modern and "pixel-perfect" designs. This is a small task relatively, but we have other sites to build that could be follow-up work if we find a good match.

We were tasked to make a small update on the site and to add some new pages. The client provided some basic wireframes for the content they wanted added. I asked one of our content integrators to do it, but he did a very basic job without much UI/UX design and the client isn't satisfied with how it looks. They want more design added around it.

CDEPNQL is an Aboriginal (First Nations of Canada) website. They provide resources related to the economic development of First Nation businesses in Canada.

I translated from French the word document with the client's original requests. I included it.

Problem with these pages:
- Design is bad (or non-existant)
- The images are not good. (Website needs to be first nation themed. The black businessman is a bad choice of image)
- Need to use the images in the provided photos
- The work is incomplete. In the client's request, more things were not completed.
