Design a blank woocommerce website based on a already existing website on wix

I've designed a website on Wix but I changed my mind and I now want to be on Woocommerce (way more possibilities of integrations). So I'm looking for a web designer/developer to "copy/paste" the existing design, I want to keep the design of the Wix website https://artguardians0.wixsite.com/my-site-1
The website has to be in multiples languages (English and French for the moment), I'll provide the translation.
Also I want a similar header design to this website rh.com
The woocommerce is already created and hosted on wordpress, but still blank for the moment.
I'll also provide all photos and videos
The page "NFT marketplace" will be an integration of opensea. I'll do that in a second time, but the page have to be ready.
