Design my Web Page in English and Arabic languages. -- 2

I am looking for an experienced free lancer to design and maintain my web page in both English and Arabic languages. This is a long tern job whereby the hired person will need to walk with me in step to build my web page(s) and to keep on editing and updating throughout time. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a must. We are specialized in booking villas for our clients.
