Design Odoo 16 Website Template (Windows)

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a new website template for my Odoo 16 website. The primary purpose of the website is to provide informational content. I do not have any existing design assets that need to be incorporated, so I am looking for a completely new design. The template does not need to be compatible with any other systems.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:

- Ability to create a visually appealing and user-friendly template

Website Scope:
- News
- Journal
- Timeline
- Educational videos from YouTube
- Open to future customizations and additions

Deliverables:
- After completing the design on Odoo 16, template source file must be handed over once accepted and approved. (with importing tutorial)
