Design IOMAD/MOODLE LMS Edumy Home Page, Dashboard with reporting, course certificates/badges, and email templates for Employee Training

Seeking to hire someone with experience with Healthcare Employee Training programs to design IOMAD/MOODLE LMS Home Page, Dashboard with reporting and course certificates. Home page/Dashboard will be designed as a template to reuse as additional clients are added to the LMS Portal. Dashboard will consist of User management, course management, graphs, reporting options and Trainee/Course enrollment summary tables. Reporting should include Organizational/Employee/Course transcripts and Training Due Reporting (recertification). Design Course certificates and badge templates (at least 3 diff designs) and create email templates that can be used with Moodle LMS to communicate course enrollment and courses due for recertification.
