Design-Driven Sitecore -case study- ppt or word

I'm looking for quick case study- I already have 5 sample of urls already migrated in sitecore and I have another 4 that require design work to be migrated in design with Sitecore components and functionality.
You can use ppt or Word for this case study. I need it for the next 8 hours.
