Design, Copywrite and Build of a New Website for technical engineering; Vertical Wind Turbine w Wordpress

I would like to:

1. Setup a website on Wordpress

2. To transpose generic materials from these two reference websites (primary: https://www.vestas.com/ and secondary: www.luvside.de) - use these GENERAL CONTENT, storyline and flow for the new website.

3. To utilize the same structure of these companies (top navigation) from vestas.com website

4. Need technical copy writing support and help to simplify message of #2 (above). To copy some of the generic contents from the two mentioned websites, and we can amend/tweak accordingly.

5. Some other points to consider/work on:

Initially all in English, but keep in mind multilingual content when it comes to design and regulations (cookie, privacy etc.)
No 3rd party services integration (e.g. E-Mail, Mailchimp etc.) at this point yet
Social media connectors for LinkedIn.
No chat bot plugins required
Don’t use any clear text email addresses visible to crawlers
Theme must be mobile device friendly
Limit rich media content for performance
Create text under SEO considerations
