Design Arabic/English website

I would like you to design an Arabic/English website for our center. I will provide a website that I need freelancer to design similar. I need an appointment area where clients can choose from a dropdown list of (service providers) and pic day and time from the calendar. The site should be built with strong coding and should be kept protected from intruders. Freelancer will be asked to fix extra little things in our current program if any.
