This project only has a small budget. We need just the display files creating for a Laravel project, no coding/programming required, just the HTML/CSS. See attached PDF for detailed specification. We can also provide screenshots of a similar site if required, just to give you the rough idea - although this is not to be a copy, the design must look completely different.
Someone that is familiar with Laravel blade files, understands Bootstrap 5 and HTML5 with a good eye for design/layout. As we only have a small budget, this would suit a new Freelancer that needs to get a good review under their belt.
