Define Full Brand & Visual Identity of a Fashion Brand (Moodboards, Logo, Font, Colors, Art Direction, Packaging, etc.)
Budget: $750 – $1,800 USD
Hello,
We’re looking for a Freelance Brand Strategist & Designer to help us develop the end-to-end brand strategy, creative idea, and visual identity of a sustainable fashion brand. This is a freelance, part time position.
Context
We are developing a Boot brand with a minimal and urban design. Our boots are made so that they can be worn in many contexts, by many people–i.e. they will be versatile and have a globally accessible element to them. The boots will be handmade and celebrate artisanship, slow fashion, and quality production.
For reference, here are a few brands we like the overall aesthetic and design of. This is to help provide inspiration and not to become a source where we "copy" from. Examples: Dhora, Justine Nessi, Keentu, Khara Kapas, Mark Albert, Nappa Dori, Nicobar, Nisolo, Novel Berlin, Olio Stories
You Will
Define the end-to-end brand strategy, creative idea, and visual identity for the brand. This must be genuine and bring to life the brand story and customer proposition through design, across all the channels we would like to be live on. At a high level, this will include: moodboards, logo, font, colors, art direction (photography & videography), simple website, social media assets, packaging, and brand guidelines.
Other Notes
We have a basic brand storyline and comprehensive brand guide to help you get started. We will be involved throughout the process to provide the support and information you need. That being said, we would like to work with someone highly creative who can provide “out of the box” ideas and thinking to help bring our brand to life.
We would like you to have some overlap or be available during IST/CET work hours.
Next Steps
To submit a proposal for this project, please send a one-pager with an overview of your brand philosophy, where you take inspiration from, how you will approach a project like this, and why this particular project sounds interesting to you.
Additionally, please include work samples to give me a sense of your work and aesthetic.
Thanks!
