Dedicated servers hosting website redesigning

We need to redesign our dedicated servers hosting company's website.

Requirements for the frontend client page:
- Unique design built from scratch
- Responsive
- New unique logo and site images (not generated with automated tools)
- Fast loading with no page refresh (react, angular, vue or others)
- SEO friendly
- Site content (unique but similar to other niche sites - additional to our existing content)
- Servers configurator which loads the availability, models and possible configurations from a database which needs to be created. The configuration needs to show the final price and delivery time instantly on the page, based on the choosen configuration, then record the order placed by the customer according to the choosen configuration and redirect to the payment gateway.
- Registration page and login page
- Servers page (list of active servers in the customer's account together with functions like reinstall/reboot/shutdown which will work via IPMI API.
- Tickets page where the customer can create and see his tickets (chat box style)

Requirements for the frontend admin page:
- Customers page with edit function (modal preferred)
- Orders page with edit function (modal preferred)
- Invoices page with edit function (modal preferred) and downloadable invoice in PDF format. Also a function to download a single PDF with all invoices from a selected timeframe
- Tickets page where admins can answer to tickets (chat box style)
- Servers stock and configurable items with add/edit/remove functions
