1. Each investors can see their nft list and packages list.

- Admin panel
1. Admin can see all investors nft list.
2. NFT mint function. NFT compatible with Opensea.
3. Create packages or chests of a future token, to be sold for USDT from the ETH network.
This is performed in the Ethereum Network.

-In this checkpoint we should review the smart contract ERC-721 that we will use as a template to generate the LANDS NFTs.
