DESIGN WEBSITE

I need to create a website, make all the content for it. That is, I need someone to design it, create the content, I can give you the information to create all the content, I am not going to give you the content. For that I require a creative person, with knowledge in advertising. This has nothing to do with word press etc, it is not the technical part, I want a publicist to design the site. Then we can talk about putting the website on line, with wordpress, wix, etc.
