PHASE 1
Online Mailbox Visualization: This component involves the creation of an interactive feature for online mailbox visualization. It is designed to cater to "window shoppers" by allowing them to view their mailbox, either as per the HOA standard or a custom design, directly on the website.
E-commerce Integration: This component focuses on integrating an e-commerce platform into the website. It is aimed at younger clients who prefer online shopping, enabling them to make purchases directly from the website. The system will automatically notify you of new orders and allow you to respond and provide estimated installation dates based on delivery times and your schedule.
Supplier Finder Tool: This component involves the development of a supplier finder tool. It will be designed to assist prospective clients, especially those in non-existing client subdivisions, in finding a new supplier and identifying their mailbox system, such as the Imperial Mailbox System 888K-6.
Bulk Order and Installation Information Page: This component involves the creation of a dedicated page for prospective home builders, developers and/or property managers. It will highlight your capabilities in handling bulk orders, offering prices lower than retail, and providing door-to-door shipping or installation services. It will also feature a samples page showcasing complete communities.
PHASE 2
Phase 2 of the website build will focus on the advanced features and customization options that you requested to enhance user engagement and provide unique value propositions.
This update to the website will provide a unique and engaging user experience that will set your e-commerce website apart from competitors. This will also enhance our value proposition by offering unique services such as custom mailbox post builds and virtual product visualization all done virtually and without taking any time away from you.
This phase will include the following components:
Custom Photo Upload Feature: This feature will allow users from anywhere to upload photos of "forgotten" mailbox posts. Our team will then assess these photos to determine if we can custom build or recreate the mailbox posts. This feature will require a user-friendly interface for photo uploads, a backend system for photo analysis and response, and a secure storage solution for user data.
Design Your Own Mailbox: This interactive tool will enable users to design their own mailbox posts using a variety of options and features. Users will be able to select from different materials, colors, sizes, and designs to create a custom mailbox post that matches their preferences. This tool will require a robust and intuitive user interface, a comprehensive database of design options, and a backend system for processing and storing user designs.
Virtual Showroom with Google Street View Integration: This innovative feature will allow users to view custom or stock products built in a virtual showroom. Using Google Street View plugin, users will be able to visualize these mailbox posts in front of their own homes, providing an augmented or virtual reality experience. We can also collaborate with builders for legal use of their home photos to enhance this feature. This will require integration with Google Street View, development of a virtual showroom interface, and a system for managing and displaying product builds.
