hi so what I need is a custom shopify store. Haven’t chosen a theme yet but open to suggestions.
I need a store which is designed for group orders- but individuals can order from it too. Essentially one person will have the option to sign up for a group of people. They will choose a budget for the group either £15 or £10. The person who signs up will be the master account. However they will have to complete a group sign up page- here they put all of the groups names and email addresses. From here each member who has been added will get an email with a random persons name out of the group. This needs to be anonymous. They need to know the budget set by the master account and have a link to the website alongside the group code- this needs to be unique for every group. From here they will make their own order but when checking out they will put in their ‘group code’ generated from the email. Each group will have their own unique code that each member will use. Once each member has paid and entered their group code- this will link back to the master account that made the group. Here it will show who has ordered by putting a green tick next to their name. However the master account or other accounts cannot see what the other people have ordered. Once all people have ordered individually the order will be sent to the master account. All individuals of the group need to have paid and ordered in order to get the tick on the master account.
