I am looking for a skilled WordPress developer to build a fully custom-designed website for my brand Not Just Agents. I have already worked with a designer to create a draft of the UI/UX design.
Project details:
Build a WordPress website based on the attached designs.
Fully responsive and optimized for performance and SEO.
Mobile Friendly/Mobile First Design
Includes scroll-triggered animations and transitions as shown in the markup PDF.
Blog/content hub functionality for easy ongoing content updates.
Contact form(s) and lead capture integration.
Multilingual capability (English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese).
Clean, semantic, maintainable code.
Deliverables:
Fully functional WordPress site matching design and animations.
Pages include (but not limited to): Home, About, Blog, Contact, plus content hub.
SEO-friendly structure and metadata implemented.
Instructions or brief guide for maintaining and updating the site.
We are looking for a developer with experience in:
Building SEO-optimized & well-organized content hub
Building performant websites with good code quality.
Implementing advanced frontend animations
Building websites that does not look generic.
All content and translation will be provided. SEO, content hub & code quality are the biggest deciding factors.

Examples of similar past work (especially sites with custom designs, content hub, and excellent SEO)
What you would do to optimize the SEO, content hub & code quality.
