Custom Return Policy Integration for Shopify

I need a custom-built solution on my Shopify eCommerce store that allows me to attach vendor-specific return policies to products.
Key Requirements:
- Implementation of a facility to attach vendor-specific return policies to products on a Shopify store.
- The return policy should be displayed under the product description on the product page.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Shopify and its customization.
- Proficiency in creating custom solutions for eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce return policy requirements.
- Previous experience with product page modifications on Shopify.
Return policy updates will be managed solely by me as the store owner, not by the vendors. The return policy display does not need to be customizable in terms of design. On-screen alerts will be set up to notify customers about the return policies during the checkout process. The solution should support multiple languages for the return policies. Return policies will be displayed in a modal popup during the checkout process. No analytics or reporting features are required for the return policies. Return policy texts should be fetched from an external data source. Products without vendor-specific return policies should display a default return policy set by the store owner. The return policy texts will be fetched via API integration from the external data source. The default return policy should be editable in the admin panel.
