Custom Print-on-Demand E-commerce Platform

I'm looking for a skilled developer to help me set up a print-on-demand website similar to Printify. The focus of this website is to provide a platform for customers to personalize and purchase custom-printed products.
Key Requirements:
- The website should offer a range of custom-printed products, with a strong emphasis on Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, hats) and Accessories (Phone cases, bags, jewelry).
- I envision users being able to customize products by uploading their own designs, selecting from pre-designed templates, and adding text and graphics using an online design tool.
- Multi-Vendor feature so anyone can register and create their own store ex. store.domain.com or connect with Shopify, woo-commerce, etc., and sell the products.
- Need to add multi-suppliers list on every product as per location needed this feature is similar in Printify.
- Need Website + App ( ANDROID + IOS)
