Custom Online Art Store Development

I'm looking for an experienced web developer to create a custom, minimalist and clean e-commerce platform for selling my art. The goal is to develop a site similar to Shopify, but not Etsy, with the following features:

- Shopping cart functionality: Users should be able to easily add multiple items to their cart for checkout.
- Secure payment gateway: A reliable and secure payment system is essential for this project to ensure safe transactions.
- User account management: Users should have the option to create personal accounts to track their purchases and manage their profiles.

I already own a domain and just need the platform set up. The site should allow customers to purchase prints of my art, buy a print, the mount and frame or just buy a downloadable pdf for personal use. As such, I need some legal jargon included on the site to prevent commercial use of the downloads.

Additionally, I'm unsure if I need a content management system (CMS) to easily update and manage my art listings. If you have experience with e-commerce sites and can advise me on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
