Custom Minimalist E-commerce Web App Design

I am looking for a professional who can design a custom-built, minimalist e-commerce web app along with PWA apps for both iOS & Android. This project will also incorporate multi-level marketing (MLM) features to effectively manage our marketing team.

Key requirements include:
- Design and development of a custom-built e-commerce web app, following a minimalist design aesthetic.
- Creation of PWA apps for both iOS and Android, maintaining the same minimalist design.
- Integration of MLM features to help manage and incentivize our marketing team.
- Implementation of user reviews and ratings, multiple payment gateways, and inventory management into the web app.
- Design of a user-friendly interface that encourages customer interaction and engagement.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in designing and developing custom e-commerce web apps.
- Strong understanding of minimalist design principles.
- Prior experience with creating PWA apps for both iOS and Android.
- Knowledge of MLM features and how to effectively integrate them into an app.
