Build suing the most modern coding and design techniques. The following are the project requirements:

1. Allow for Multi-language: English, Spanish and Chinese (traditional).
2. Create logo and branding.
3. Website will have around 25 pages of content, i.e. 25 x 3 languages.
4. Company type: new business consulting firm.
5. Optimised for mobile and desktop.
6. Site should provide leading edge custom website design, not using templates.
7. Pictures and videos used should be fully royalty-free without copyright restrictions.
8. Sites should allow for purchase and download of PDF documents - plugin (such as SendOwl).
9. Sites should allow users to subscribe for email newsletters (integrate with SendinBlue).
10. GDPR/privacy: site should have privacy and security features, i.e. SSL.
11. NDA/IP/Copyright Ownership: All intellectual property for this project is owned 100% by client.
