Custom CSS Blocks for Gutenberg Website / From Full design

I'm looking to create a website in gutenberg for Wordpress, we have a full design file in figma for the project. The main purpose of this website is to recruit contracters and serve as an access point for users to navigate through my company's details and project portfolio.

Key requirements for this project include:
- 5 main sites in total, including necessary information for a platform
- A landing page with a user-friendly navigation menu
- An 'About Us' section to give visitors a better understanding of our company
- A 'Contact Form' for potential clients to easily reach out to us
- An 'Services Overview' section to showcase what we offer
- Prices and other need-to-know information on the frontpage

The ideal candidate for this project will have:
- Proficiency in developing websites using Gutenberg
- EXPERT CSS skills to create custom blocks according to our design
- Experience in creating user-friendly navigation menus
- A good understanding of UI/UX design for landing pages
- A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
