Custom CMS TV show Website

I am looking for someone to create a new admin CMS (and additional page) for a free site that I run which streams live shows – note my site is non-profit and I make no money from (more of a hobby).
Currently I manually add the live shows to a html document which is time consuming and labour intensive; my idea is to login to a new admin area and create the shows along with updating my current html into php with a backend system.
