Kiosk Project Description
We are currently using OrderBilly, which costs €200/month. We are now looking for a custom-built kiosk system — either an application or a website — with no monthly subscription, only a one-time development fee or a fee for the website or application.

Core Requirements
Kiosk Functionality (Customer-Facing)
• Touchscreen interface for self-service ordering
• Approx. 50 products (food & drinks)
• Bancontact integration via Mollie
• Cash payment option (via a dedicated, connected cash kiosk device)
• Automatic receipt printing after order confirmation
• Multilingual support: Dutch, French, English
• Clean and branded design (logo, colors, custom layout)
• Offline-capable or low-bandwidth design for use at events and fairgrounds

Back-Office Management (Owner-Facing)
We need access via mobile app or browser login to:
• Mark items as out of stock instantly
• Monitor client orders in real-time (overview + details)
• Tag products as “Favorites” for quick access or visibility
• Highlight Upselling or Combo items
• Use simple marketing tools like:
• Highlighting promotions
• Scheduled price changes
• Tracking popular items

• Should work with:
• Tablet or touchscreen monitors
• Kitchen receipt printer + Client receipt printer
• Mollie-linked payment terminal
• Cash kiosk module
• Should support:
• Easy menu editing (photos, prices, names)
• Option to scale to multiple kiosks or locations
