Custom Article Script with Ad Management from Admin Area
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
1. looking for an article site similar to this https://jamesclear.com/articles
2. I will have 14 categories with unlimited articles attached. I should be able to upload content from admin area. 1st 3 articles in the category show up on the homepage similar to james clear site
3. Click on an article title and takes the user to all article links for that title. https://jamesclear.com/creativity example
4. article individual pages are pretty much set up and structured the same way so they can just be templates
5. User clicks and goes to the article page. I will need a way to give the visitor credit for staying on the page for one minute (cookie duration), some type of background cookie tracking, or whatever. No timers or anything like that. Visitors will just sit and let it count. It should be the background.
6. once the visitor has read the article, the visitor confirms by sending an email address at the bottom. Again, no message or anything that he or she didn’t remain for one minute. All of that is invisible. Either they read or they don’t.
7. the visitor can read 1 article every 24 hours for credit. Cookie, ip, or whatever works the best.
8. email management script. Obviously, it doesn’t duplicate emails since some people will come more than once to read.
9. ad management but ads will be placed at the same position on all articles so the articles are basically templates. We will start with google but sometimes they remove ads so we have to have a backup already installed and ready to go.
10. No one posts articles. It will be just the material we write so it’s in-house.
11. Site/script must work on mobile devices.
12. It will also require installation on the hosting account per your instructions and minimum web design. Since it is an article site it won't need an elaborate web design. something simple like we have shown above
Again, basically, a simple article script is shown with some custom stuff. Can be completely developed or if you know if an existing script which can have some custom work. Please show some of your previous work.
Thank you.
