I run ketchup.dk, a site where I sell art that I purchase mostly from Cuba. While many customers are interested in buying the artwork, the original pieces are sometimes too expensive for them. To address this, I have a photographer who takes high-resolution RAW images of all the artwork. We then sell these as art prints, allowing clients to choose their preferred pieces at a more affordable price.
Therefore I created www.crymelon.dk and www.crymelon.com (Must be an EN lang site)
To streamline the process, I’ve partnered with Gelato and integrated it with Shopify. However, the setup is not yet complete. The template for selling art prints needs to be properly designed and configured to ensure that customers can easily select the right product for them.
I like the logo and the standard Shopify design, but need a partner to setup correctly. And mayby integrate some style, graphics and flow.
The new site for selling art prints will be CryMelon.com, where customers can browse and purchase the prints. This new site will offer a variety of print options, including high-quality paper prints, framed prints, and even t-shirts. CryMelon.com will have a stylish and user-friendly template where customers can select the artwork they like and then choose their preferred print format, whether it be on paper, a t-shirt, or other materials.
Integration with Gelato:
- Create and link Gelato and Shopify accounts for the below navigation.
- Ensure products are correctly synchronized between the two platforms.
- Test the integration by placing a test order to ensure everything works smoothly.
Categorization and Navigation:
- Create clear and user-friendly categories for products and artworks:
- Men's Clothing
- Women's Clothing
- Kids & Baby Clothing
- Tote Bags
- Wall Art
- Hats
- Phone Cases
- Mugs
- Photo Books
- Custom Calendars
- Cards
- Set up separate sections for art groups:
- Art from Denmark
- Latin Art Cuba
- Motive
- Abstract
- Food
- Implement filtering options so customers can easily find what they are looking for.
Visual Identity on selection artwork (Multi select)
- Keep the design simple and clean, focusing on the artworks.
- Add high-quality images of products and artworks.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and loads quickly.
Project Planning:
- Create a timeline for completing each task.
- Define clear milestones and deadlines for each part of the project.
- Help Marketing and SEO:
- Help optimize website for search engines.
- Make sure every filter/area has its own landing page
- Plan a marketing strategy to attract customers to the new and improved websites.
