Crisp Outlook Email Signature -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like lightweight, brand-perfect signature built in responsive HTML/CSS. The layout can stay simple, but every pixel must follow the color palette, font stack, and spacing rules in our style guide—I’ll share the manual, logo files, and color codes as soon as we kick off.
Content to include
• My name and job title
• Direct phone number
• One LinkedIn icon that links to my profile
• A small staff photo
The code has to render flawlessly in Outlook first (our primary client) but must also display correctly in Gmail, Apple Mail, and common mobile apps. Clean inline CSS, no unnecessary divs, and thorough testing across those clients are non-negotiable.
Deliverables
1. Responsive HTML/CSS signature file
2. Lightweight image-only fallback for platforms that strip code
3. A short install note so my team can paste it into Outlook without tweaks
