My name is Nico, I'm a digital creator with over 10 years experience in this field.
I have been running a creative design agency for the past 5 years in Australia and mainly helping clients to create new brand identity for new or existing company.
Over the past couple of years I have expended my services due to high demand to web design. I have a good experience in front-end website design (Wix, Squarespace, Elementor) but I'm not a developer and I can't do any coding or animations and therefore it create some limitation in some of my design goals I would like to achieve for my clients.
I'm looking to move away from any of the above platforms and focus my new web-design offering though Webflow 'only' to streamline all my work and gain efficiency with clients, since I strongly believe Webflow would be the best fit for most of my clients.
I'm looking for someone to help me on long term engagement basis across multiple projects. I do have in average 1-3 website requests per month.
In a " Ideal " World, you are not just a developer :)
...But you also have an amazing attention to details and a really creative person!
if this is the case I could also give you full project to own and drive for you to work along side me to create full websites for clients, so I could accept more contracts and I could add you officially in our team and consider monthly fixed/variable salary.
I'm mostly offering website " plans " to my clients.
This help them to reduce massive up-front cost and allow me to charge for graphic design needs without blowing they budget while retaining the clients for many years if they business is successful.
The way I would see this working, would be to give you 100% of the setup fee that I charge for each plan + a retainer on the weekly plan paid monthly for maintenance (if any) as starting point but I'm open to negotiation to find the sweet spot for a long term collaboration or % profit sharing, or down the track monthly salary for the right person.
This would allow me to have to reach out new clients, take onboard new projects and more importantly not turning away project when I'm too busy (Which is the case at the moment)...
