Creation of a reservation website for a carp fishing association

I'm looking for a web developer to create a professional website for a carp fishing association.
The site needs to be modern, attractive and easy to navigate.
We need overnight reservations for fishing stations all around the pond, there are two ponds so two reservation pages. (either clickable on a map of the pond or via classic booking pages).
With if possible a shop which will be fed thereafter to add merchandise.
A few details will be communicated. We have a small budget because we are not a company, and we have no fixed income.
