Creation of digital marketplace ( website )

We would like to create a a public digital platform, that allows one user by products from a supplier ( but the name of the supplier is not display).
here are the main features :
- Unregistered users cannot see the prices or make purchases.
- Unregistered users can use the product comparison tool and create shareable wishlists.
- Platform holds the funds until delivery.
- Purchase system by reservation, ( to be renew daily for a custom amount non refundable), purchase by credit card or bank transfer.
- products photos would need numeric certification, we would like to integrate tools https://certi.photo/ to automate certfication and validation of the photo and products.
- At least 2 to delivery methods : pickup or delivery at specific address. For the delivery at the adresses we need a custom methods because products can be wide and very heavy.
Of course it must be responsiv etc.
We need advices for the best web architecture and hosting service.
We will provide design and wireframes.
