I am looking for an experienced developer/agency team to create a new website for a marketing agency. I want the site to be modeled on the website of another agency, maintaining the same layout and style.

1. Inspiring site: I have a specific website in mind that I would like the design to be based on, and I will provide the URL.
2. Key elements to mimic: site layout, menu, color scheme, typography, videos, animation
3. Elements to customize: logo, photos, text content, videos, animations

1. The site should be responsive and compatible with various browsers and devices (mobile + desktop)

Hosting and Domain:
1. I have hosting, domain
Timeframe:
1. Completion time: ass soon as possible (the sooner the better because I need a new website now)
Skills and Experience:
1. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in website design and development.
2. Familiarity with responsive design and user experience principles is preferred.
3. Strong communication skills are important, as I would like to collaborate closely with the freelancer throughout the project.
