Creating a website using other websites stock items that will update automatically as the items are sold from original site but also updates on my site

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an e-commerce store website for me. The main purpose of the website is to sell stock items from other websites. These items should update automatically on my site as they are sold from the original site. I want to be able to add stock from as many websites as needed to complete my website

This website will connect South America to American goods so website must be able to translate from English Portuguese and Spanish

Customer support is important to me, so I would like to provide customer support on the website. Additionally, I would like people to be able to register for an account on the site where they will save a credit card information so I can later charge them for shipping costs.
