Creating and Selling video courses on the website.

I would like to have a website where I can create and post my own video courses with PDF files. The website will have an admin panel where I can create the following:
The title of the video course
The subtitle of the video course
The description of the video course
The image and promotional video for the video course
Add or delete folders and subfolders for video files and PDF files
Set a price
Students will buy a monthly subscription using a visa card or MIR card (the Russian currency)
Students can ask me questions if something is unclear to them and I can answer
I can add as many courses as I can on the website.
The project should be completed within 4 weeks.
